Tim,
I can see where she looks more natural in the bike photo and after.
They are all pretty good captures.
I would turn down the light on the background a bit, and
the way her dress and hair fade into the background conceal her body
and draw attention to her face.
(It's quite slimming.)
I think you need a bit more light on her face in the bike shot, and
although the last two shots reveal more character, you can't cover
half her face - try 1/3 or 1/4 - to the other eye.
