Yes, you can get Adaptal mounts that fit Pentax cameras. Beyond that much, I can't say. I have never owned a Tamron Adaptal of any series. A friend of mine regularly buys and sells Tamron Adaptal stuff, so I would say that it's not too hard to get the adapters.
