Thanks, Godfrey. Bellsouth doesn't exist anymore. It was bought out
by AT&T several years ago. I'll see if I can get any help from them.

Actually it's worse than AT&T, it's SBC, which was so bad that, when
they bought AT&T they rebranded themselves as AT&T. If you're so bad
that being the Phone Company makes you look better, well...
