I acquired my first Pentax. Inherited from my father. "Cold" flash shoe, screw
mount and shutter was locked at one s l o w speed. Looked like it had been
under water at some point. Also included a 50mm Vivitar f/1.8(?) and a Camero
135mm f/2.8. Replaced the body with a screw mount Yashika(SP) (don't recall the
model) that leaked light now and then. It had a top shutter of 1/700s that
sounded like a bell when it went off at all speeds.
Bought a new ME Super and M 50mm f/1.4 in 1981.
