I know this is heresy, but you can buy a pre-matted frame to fit the
size print, get some photo/archival photo tape and do a simple hinge
mount on a pre-cut mat board. An 11x14 gallery frame and all the other
materials will probably run you less than $60.00 at any of the large Art
supply/Craft stores it takes a little effort to put it all together.
The only problem is you'll have to print to fit the mat not mat to fit
the print.
