I like the pose. The lady has a sparkle in her eyes and a smile. Very pleasing. As others have said, I would bring up the midrange brightness in curves or levels, perhaps dodging her face a bit as well. I would crop just above her head. if the black window frame piece is troubling, you could clone some of that drape and eliminate the black area.
