I abhor most HDR imagery, and since I shoot RAW that's not something I'd take 
advantage of anyways.  As for video, though - occasionally I'll find myself in 
a situation where a still doesn't appropriately convey what I've 
seen/experienced.  In that case, I might do a slow panorama or walkthrough of 
my location to kind of "set the scene".  Most times, such a video is only about 
30 seconds - kind of a "motion-based panorama".  But that's maybe once every 
month or two, at most.
