The image has already been cropped a lot more than usual/planned. I was afraid that getting closer (with my 40mm prime) would make them even more unhappy about my presence. Thanks to the availability of many megapixels, even a heavy cropping still left me with an acceptable image, resolution wise. During post processing I have lightened the darker tones a bit and applied some toning. I like that it does seem to reflect how I felt then: Like a child...
