I kinda like the first better - it illustrates the title very well...
could be a tad darker, but it really does look
like nature has captured an intruder... the other isn't quite so
intresting to me.

Two view of an old house to old and worn out to save. There is history

Of the two, I prefer the side view. Trapped is a fine composition, but
I'm not partial to the low contrast and bright light off the
foreground trees. I'd be tempted to try a B&W conversion and boost
the contrast a bunch.
