OK - I've found the problem without needing to bother Igor.

It seems that the submission form did indeed impose a 256k limit.  I
should have checked this when the new guidelines were put in place.

I've now updated the form so, if anyone wants to resubmit the larger
file, please do so.

My apologies (the queue to give me a kick up the bum forms to the
right.....).
