Actually, i find my Pentax Dslr shots have more exciting colour than
my Nikons. Some one a long time ago mentioned the Nikon are geared
toward Kodak film, browns and reds were as Pentax went with a Fuji
film, greens and blues.

Not sure if that has any truth to it, but it looks that way to me. I
find my Nikon's not a poppy, but my older ones, the D1 and D1H seem to
be sharper but then again i have more Nikon fast glass than Pentax.
