How nice of you. Film flatness is an issue with all medium format cameras 
and particular with 645 cameras. If the film stays on the spools for awhile 
in the camera the section of the frame spending time best over the rolls 
may experience flatness issues. The extent is temperature dependent.  See 
the medium format section of photo.net and search for film flatness. You'll 
find plenty of post on this issue. It is common and not particular for the 
Pentax 645.  It happens with 35mm slr's as well. Both the Nikon F5 and 
Pentax Z-1p show this phenomenon. The camera is in perfect order and 
checked by Pentax . BTW similar problems are common for 6x9 cameras as well.
