Yeah, I guess it is still cold (I sure as hell didn't go near it). It was taken last Saturday early evening, and if you remember it was ~very~ windy - gusts up to 70 km/h, IIRC. You can see the ripples on the waves from the wind, as well as the drops of water from its beak being blown.
