Aah, so, that length is limited by the file size? I thought it was just artificially imposed by the manufacturers in order to avoid problems with the videocam sales. (As a matter of fact, I remember reading about this sort of limit set for the cameras sold in some regions, but not others (Europe vs. Americas?))
