On Saturday I made another trip to a location I am becoming fond of and that
is the Richland Creek Greenway. While I was there I took some pictures of a
nice dog while he swam in the water. After his swim his grandmother asked me
for my email address as she would like to have some of the photos that I
took. I sent her the better captures that I got of the doggy and this was
her reply to my email and to the pictures:
"Jeffery
These are great pictures. Thank you for sharing. You are very
talented. Would love to buy a few. You need to enter some in photo
contests. Also, I saw the crane at the mini dam on the greenway around 9:00
a.m. On Sunday. I am going to share your pictures with Carly and Patrick.
Thank you for making my day. Work was hectic and this just made my
day...all of the birds, flowers and Dash! Cannot get better.
Kathy"
I must say this did make my evening and it raises a question. I am not by no
means as talented as some of you here on the list but I would like to be
able to offer the means for folks to purchase prints or the image file. What
service do you use, that does not cost an arm and a leg, that I can use to
offer my photos for purchase. If nothing else it may offer me the means to
cover my gas and to cover perhaps future camera accessory purchases.
