All depends on what you want to do. - For quick photo editing, Photogene is pretty neat so far. Camera Bag is quick to apply effects and such, fun. - I've collected a few toy camera simulations (Hipstamatic, TtV Camera, Retro Camera) - Interested in sound and audio funnery, I added Piano Free, Nano Keyboard Lite, Soundrop, uFlute Lite, and Harmonica so far. I'll probably get miniSynth PRO too. - DropBox works great. - Good Reader for PDF and other things works great too. - Keynote, iMovie, Pages, and Garage Band all work brilliantly.
Other stuff I haven't gotten to yet. I spent about an hour learning to play the Nano Keyboard. It is really quite amazing ... put on some headphones and it is stunning!
