I have no problem with just about anything being posted here, as long as it is marked "OT" and labeled so we can tell what it is about, and whether we want to read the thread. I don't want to read, for example, about Donald Trump and his claims about President Obama's birth certificate. I can't however prevent any member of this list from posting on that subject, if they insist. As long as it is marked "OT" and has a subject line that informs me what it is about, so I can ignore it, I can't stop him or her from doing it, and I wouldn't try to do so.
