2. No, there is URL, because JAlbum is private printing for oneself, not
public printing such as Blurb.
3. I think one copy starts at USD 43 or so and price goes down as number
of copies goes up. The shipping is FedEx flat rate up to 10 copies.
4. There are no on-line previews, but I am thinking of making one.
