You get to submit 10 a week - I chuckled at that first one - and liked the other two, though not my type of thing at all - very well done. on your artist page it should list them in order of accepted, ready for review, and declined.

Someone on list told me in terms of the membership votes when you hit 12 thumbs down before you get to 60 thumbs up you're out. Once you get to 60 thumbs up then the "chiefs" select. Someone suggested to me to resubmit something that was declined after awhile as the membership seeing it would be different but I tried with a couple, including the ones in this years annual and they both got turned down... again...

I havent submitted much, because I don't have enough recent stuff that would make my cut... and when I got back to old chromes I have to dig up my travel notes to see which camera I shot with and which lens... sometimes I know .. but sometimes I didn't note exact lens. the 50mm f2.0? or the 50mm f1.7? Ive winged it a couple of times .. shhhh..

anyway, congrats!

I finally got the PPG sorted out, submitted a bunch of photos, then

It's weird, it looked like it allowed me to submit a bunch, with
several in the queue to be checked later, but it seems that only 10
were even judged. I am amused because I think that several of the
declined photos are better and/or more interesting than the three
that were accepted. It'll be interesting to see which ones get
through.
We will judge which are the better ones, thank you very much...

It could be interesting input as to what to submit to the annual next year.

Seriously, however, congratulations. Somehow I have only minimal doubts of the
almost inevitable fact that you will have more than just three or thirty images
in PPG.

Thank you.
