It's the neon glow and reflection off the wet sidewalk in the lower
foreground that makes the shot for me, so I vote the colour one. The b&w
is just a little too murky and lacks definition.
Nice one, Frank! It sure has been wet around these parts for the last
who-knows-how-many days.
