Thanks for the info on the shooter -- and how you find it out.
two things bothered me -- one is the concentration on NY crap :-)
and the other is... most of the time anyone points to photos here
either they
are saying "look at these great photos" or look at how funny this awful
stuff is.
I was surprised you liked them, having lived here and seen the ultimate
variety.
at least the blogger took the photos and , however so-so they are as
photos, he didn't
grab them from facebook just show your friends entries and not credit
them.
They arent all "awful". part of the thing that bothered me was the
stream in which they were presented
what is with that? I've seen it with all variety of photos - is it one
site on the web that does that large photo
scroll a lot style to share pics?
I'm not as crabby as I sound, in fact, I'm feeling really good these
days - it's an intellectual point.

Ann,
You didn't have to like them.
They are not the greatest photos, but together they are conveying
the "atmosphere" of NYC.
Brian felt that as well.
The photos are taken by the author of the blog.
One can see it easily by clicking on any photo: that brings
that photo on Flickr with the same username.

Sorry, Igor,
I don't care much for those at all --
not helped by the presentation style of the pages...
and no photo credit? or do we know it is the poster?
When you said flavorful, I thought you were point me to a foodies blog
of some sort. :-)
