they sell those bags in The Classic Camera here in Londinium, where they are rather more prosaically called Satchel. Somewhat similar to the Domke F-5XB, which is what I use with the M8. The Domke is much cheaper but in no way inferior. Works effectively as a handlebar bag too, with the appropriate strappage and bungeeage.
