looks like a combination of a long exposure and mirrors. if you look
at the drawer handles you see that the upper right and lower left ones
were exposed longer and also there are movement shades going away from
the hand from when the lower right and upper left drawers were pulled
open. the image portions showing the person look like they come from
mirrors placed in the open drawers looking up at the owner of the
hands.
