It was the delicate greenery against the wall of rich weathered siding that 
stopped me. I really had in mind limiting the background to only a portion of 
the barn, but ultimately it was the character of the structure that attracted 
me. I gave it the hint of a third dimension by including the right corner. Even 
the slight view of the roof adds a minimal amount of depth. I always initially 
approach a structure from the diagonal.
The larger surrounding tree limbs add clutter, but don't completely destroy it 
for me.
Thanks, Boris for asking me to review this shot. I now have a better understand 
as to why I shot it. :)
