Let me share a somewhat awkward experience.

BuyDig (aka or closely related to BeachCamera)
is an online store from which I purchased several pieces of equipment
and photo-supplies.
I didn't have problems with them, and always consider them as a place
from which I can buy (albeit a bit cautiously) if the price is right.

What has been irritating me for more than a year, is that they for
the product
" Zeikos LI-90 2800mAh Replacement Lithium Battery for Pentax K7 "
http://www.buydig.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=ZELI90
they listed the voltage being 3.7V, while Pentax Li90 has 7.2V.

On two different occasions, about 1 year apart,
I called them to ask about that, but they very stubbornly told me
that everything is correct, and that the battery is 3.7 V, and it works
in place of Pentax's LI90.
I even submitted a review on the product on their webpage, indicating
that the voltage listed is incorrect, which they ignored
(it never passed their censorship).
I even offered them a documental proof: a photo on Amazon, confirming
that it was 7.2V:

BuyDig/Beach Camera refused to change their listings.
And that, on some emotional level was stopping me from buying this battery
from them...

"Isn't it ironic" (c) ?

I finally bought that battery about two weeks ago...
When I submitted an immediate evaluation [I can't seem to find where
it was], I again pointed out the wrong message.

Today, they sent me an e-mail request asking to submit a review on the
product, and if I want, - a photo...
So, I took a photo of the battery. Before submitting the review,
I went to the product page and found that they finally updated the
listing, and even placed their own product photo, indicating the specs.
