Bob, Thanks for the reference. That Chicago Spire building has always been iffy, and the economic downturn put it on hold for sure, if not killing it outright. This has happened before in Chicago. From the 1929 depression to 1957 and the Prudential building at 57 stories, nothing tall was built in Chicago. After '57, skyscrapers blossomed in Chicago. Regards, Bob S.
