They have two little springs plastic welded to the inside of the
aperture ring and they have really poor mechanical strength so they
often become unfastened and jam up the mech. Two ways to fix, glue
them back with a good epoxy or use a small screw and glue, I've
repaired them both ways before, can't remember which way was the least
painful ;(
