Ecke, I had one of these briefly. It is most unfortunate lens. It suffers from the worst construction quality of Pentax lenses I have witnessed. Mine wouldn't auto focus on my *istD. When focused manually it produced wonderful pictures and indeed optically it is a very fine lens. But mechanically is totally, and I mean it - totally different story.
