I would need a -5 diopter corrective lens in order to use my cameras without wearing my glasses, too. I haven't seen any -5 diopter correction eyepiece lenses. I've seen -4 but not for Pentax. So, I continue to wear my eyeglasses when I use my cameras. Actually, since I'm close to blind without glasses, it's more convenient to keep them on all of the time, as opposed to having to put them back on every time I take the camera away from my eye.
