Chris, You should visit some time. It would be a very different experience from Chicago and the prairies of Illinois. The people are quite friendly and the Blue Ridge mountains are very different from anything I've ever seen. Previous visitors to GFM may not have recognized the sunshine. We had 3 days of sunshine and no rain - happy campers but harsh light. Regards, Bob S.
