Jack. Files transferred to a folder which is then opened in LR3. For these i usually crop as i am shooting loose so i have a better chance of getting the landing, take off etc. Then a WB adjust some sharpening and noise reduction as most of these are at iso 1250 or higher, all done on an iMac with brightness still a ??? mark. Is there a problem i'm not seeing.
