Yeah, but if the person you swearing at doesn't understand what you're
saying, what use is it?
If someone is swearing at you - you don't really need to know the
language, do you? If someone is swearing with you - you may have a
point, although I am under impression that certain expletives (from many
languages, not just Russian) are becoming international.
