I'm guessing that each image now lives or dies on the submitter's votes. It would seem that if it were still the case that the "Pentax Team" had the final say, the rejection rate would be up and the nature of the accepted images would be different. Partially due to the submitters's rejected image baggage. I realize I'm assigning credit to the "Pentax Team" without any real basis.
