Saved it. Looks like a good article even though I haven't read it 
completely yet.

It's a sad thing that in the name of "National Security" we're becoming 
a nation where anything that is not mandatory is prohibited. 
Particularly as it's frequently just an excuse to cover up abuse by 
those granted police authority.
