Everyone should move every 3 or 4 years! A great way to cut down on stuff.
When I was moving back to Michigan after a 4 year assignment in St Louis, I
found I was moving unopened boxes that I had packed in the original move to
St Louis, stuff I never used and really didn't need.

That's one reason we haven't done so in almost 25 years (7 moves in the 10
years before that).
