Both of them.
The LX's time scale end at 4s, so any longer exposure cannot 
be displayad in the finder. Also, at these long speeds, the camera
cannot effectively pre-estimate the correct exposure. It cannot tell
you in advance that a 10 minutes exposure will be enough or not.
The beauty of the real-time OTF metering... ;-)
