On one level, I like the juxtaposition with the guy in the background, to keep him in the photo, I'd crop out the lower left, just below her feet, and a chunk of the pole, probably putting the corner right where the grass comes to a point. If, however, I just wanted a shot of her playing guitar, rather than her playing for a disinterested audience, I'd crop the top just above her hat and just to the right of the guitar, cropping out both the guy and the car.
