I noticed this condition a few weeks ago & have been working with PPG to
correct it - no results as of today.
Only appears on the 'Artists' page - no issue on the collection page or the
public viewinof my gallery page.

images have been replaced by those belonging to someone else.
I just advised Pentax by email.

I predict that one the PPG is going to be so entangled they'll make an
