This was the first race in a duathlon series which is being held at a car
race track. This race was called The Appetiser. I'd have liked to enter
it myself but I'm still waiting for my heel to heal.

The event was run well but the spectating / photographing options were
extremely limited. I had fun trying to practice my panning until I
decided that shooting a 200mm lens handheld at 1/60 probably wasn't the
best idea. Switching to 1/125 improved the quality quite a lot.
K10D, DA 16-45 f/4, FA*200mm f/2.8.
