Pentax Corp., Englewood, Colo. (303-799-8000), introduced two new cameras to its IQZoom series. The Pentax IQZoom EZY-80 is a pocketsize, affordable lens/shutter camera designed for casual shooting. It features a 38mm-80mm f/6.3-12.5 zoom lens, active autofocus, AE with a programmed electronic shutter, a five-mode built-in flash system, large viewfinder and LCD panel, infinity mode, self-timer, slow-shutter mode, and auto film advance, rewind and loading. The IQZoom is within fraction of an inch in each direction of being as compact as the EZY-80, but offers an extended focal-length range of 38mm-115mm, and a slightly faster f/4.3-12.2 aperture range. The camera is similar to the EZY in many other respects, too; however, it also offers mid-roll winding, and a slightly greater shutter-speed range. Both cameras feature DX-code reading. - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
