The suggestion to meter at 50 (and bracket!!) is
based on a handheld meter, which is to say the
filter compensation is already included in that
number.  With TTL metering, rate it at 200.  (For
some reason I always feel safer using a handheld
meter set for 50 than I do using a TTL meter set
at 200, but mathematically they ought to be the
same, and the results I got using an in-camera
meter looked pretty much like the results I got
with a handheld meter.)
