The blurring looks fine to me... I was once asked if I had blurred one of my backgrounds. I told them no for one I didn't know how to do that and 2nd my lens did such a good job I didn't need to blur it. Then again luckily the background wasn't busy.

I like the sharpness and contrast of the flower but the background was too busy. It was easy to select the flower and then gaussian blur the background? I'm not big on heavy manipulation but I kind of like this. Any suggestions of my primitive blurring technique? http://drd1135.smugmug.com/Photography/pdml/15174580_NVzVH#1394204051_PhPRRc S -- Steve Desjardins -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
