Not so Tom: Spencer did a shoot in New York (Wall St. IIRC) and the NYPD was on his case quite quickly. There is one frame which shows two of the policemen turning the corner at the double just in time to see everyone running off with their clothes! he apparently has been arrested for public decency offences several times, even spending at least one night in jail. Strange, given that he's the only one with his clothes on...
