I can't speak for the high speed part, but I will say that I'm a big fan
of the drug store minilab, and they have no clue how to print the C41 B&W
at all.

I take them home, and scan the negs into my PC and it looks great, but the
prints they hand me back? For the most part, they're pretty bad.
