In my neighborhood one of the churches used to have a drive-in service.  The
parking lot was arranged much like a drive-in movie, with a stage and pulpit.
They would broadcast the services over a low power, short range AM radio
station.  I used to see about 10 - 15 cars in the parking lot on my way to work
around 7:30AM on Sundays.  About the only time they didn't have a service was
during very inclimate weather.  Another denomination purchased the building and
they finally removed the parking lot pulpit about 5 years ago.
