It's probably sitting there rusting away because the guy who owns it
thinks he can get the price of a 99 point restored show car for a
rusting hulk. I've seen a lot of that, cars that might be restoreable or
that could be parted out to provide for other restorations rotting
because the owner has unreasonable expectations for the value.
