These are from a recent trip to a farm in Daday, Kastamonu, Turkey.
Although I enjoyed the visit immensely, my mood was prone to depression.
These are a few of the images that still make me feel like myself...
A door:

Remains of a fence:

Another fence. Leading somewhere... Sepia toned.
Perhaps the one that appeals to me more...

Do you think they somehow work as a whole?
the door i like instantly, intriguing rhythm
the first fence, i would like to see much larger, since the abundance of detail
seems to draw me in but frustrate me (even at the generous size you present
online); i wouldn't see the fence without your note
the second fence is pleasant, even sleepy, but not as interesting as the
others; but for my fascination at a glimpse of Turkish barbed wire, it could
work just as well at a very small size
as a series, and with your preamble, i sense a progression of mood that i don't
fully understand, and the last one doesn't fit as well for me (not just because
of the sepia tone) -- order, chaos, contentment?
