Matt, The problem is deeper than that. This hp pavilion is fairly new. Worked fine for a long time but has stopped (at panera) as of yesterday. The only system changes were the 8/10 and 8/11 security updates, and connecting in a Fairfield on our OK trip 2 wks ago.
