Pretty sharp tho, he looks confused by the cement... nothing to wrap his
talons around...

smaller than coopers... Looks like him ..
My bird book says Sharp-shinned more common
Coopers declining :-(
I'd like to see the shots cropped a bit, darkened but adding a bit of
contrast should help the sharpness factor... no pun...
