I suppose that second shot is your private office? Send along another when your office furnishings are in place.(I removed a smiley face from here) Seriously clean well exposed/edited images.

The first shot, to my mind, shows how well the K-5 handles exposure. I did pop the exposure up by a half stop in Lightroom 3, but that's about it--well, I gave it some punch and a nudge of noise reduction.
